I really felt like having a chocolate soufflé the other day. It so happened that I was with a friend who recommended Benedetta Parodi’s recipe. I didn’t particularly enjoy it and wasn’t going to blog about it, I brought the soufflés to my family as I always do with stuff I make and don’t want to eat! (Haha!). They loved it! They said it was better than my other chocolate recipes because it was lighter, ok, so since they enjoyed it so much maybe you will too.
It’s a very quick recipe!
Ingredients:
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 80 g sugar
- 40 g flour
- a little water
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath.
- Pour the chocolate in a bowl and add the eggs, sugar and flour.
- Fill in the forms (only half as the dough will rise)
- Bake for 10 minutes.
