Once upon a time, like yesterday, I sat in front of my brand new Mac with a nice cup of tea. Earl Grey with honey, orange and raspberries from my mother-in-laws’s collection.
Feeling snug and cosy I bumped into my cup of tea with my elbow. Tea all over my Mac. It shut down. I tried to dry off the tea with a wipe while saving my phone and camera from the tea flood.
The computer has been drying since yesterday. And I’ m thinking why the fuck do these annoying things happen! What an agony to type on the iPad! Writers and bloggers really do need the good old fashioned keyboard. With the iPad I feel like a passive moron. You can look but don’t touch.
I feel less upset today and thankful that I spilled tea over my computer and not on my baby. But still, why do bad things happen to good people? I guess I wasn’t thinking enough happy thoughts recently.
There’s no pic or “you might also like”. I just don’t know how to do it on this crappy iPad.
