Feel like something fast, simple and delicious? Crepes is the answer! This is a really simple and effective recipe, and even my dad learnt it!
All you need is:
A cup of flour
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
A pinch of salt
A teaspoon of sugar
Mix all these together with a mixer.
Put a little bit of oil on the pan (I use olive oil) and when hot pour some dough on it. Make it thin – pour only as much as needed to cover the surface of the pan. Fry for a few minutes (or less), when golden, flip over and fry the on other side.
Usually the first pancake you make is puffy and greasy. Don’t worry – you’ll get better at it!
Put on the plate – cover with chocolate (jam or anything you like), roll and bon appetit!
