You recently gave birth, your only free time is when your baby is sleeping but you never know how long she will be napping. Your body seems foreign – not like your own, but how can you go to the gym – your baby could wake up any time! Sounds familiar? Even a workout freak like myself got stuck in this pattern – until Freestyler sent me their pretty cool workout board!
There’s a very cool online video center, in which you can choose the type of workout you want to do depending on how much time (and energy!) you have: there are 10, 20, 30 and 60 minute videos! I tried the Mom Reshaper – a training aimed at moms wanting to get their pre-pregnancy body. Here’s me doing it and my baby is sleeping in the same room (sorry – you can’t see her!)
It was quite a workout!
I am now getting some dvds – there’s dancing and pilates – stuff I really like!
If you like aerobics and feel stressed out while leaving your baby – Freestyle is just the thing for you – and I’m not saying this just because I got the board – I really mean it and I will post myself doing another workout in the future to prove it!
